Environdata is happy to announce the release of the new SA10 Sensor Alarm. This is a low power microprocessor based device that provides an alarm output (relay contact or FET) based on the sensor or voltage input. The sensor alarm is suitable for Environdata weather sensors, or other environmental sensors. The SA10 has four alarm condition modes that are easily set by internal switches, and a rate adjustment to set how long the alarm conditions must be met prior to entering the alarm state. This means you can set an alarm for almost any condition, to control pumps, vents, alarm indicators or whatever your application requires. For more information please see the SA10 Sensor Alarm PDF: SA10 Sensor Alarm |

All new Environdata rain gauges now use an electronic detector (Hall Effect Device) to detect the bucket mechanism tipping, instead of a (Mechanical) Reed switch contact. These new detectors are more robust, more reliable and have an indefinite life. This is applicable to Mk 4 systems (RG12 rain gauge), RG20 logging rain gauges and WeatherMaster 2000 systems. Earlier versions of all products can also be upgraded upon request. RG12 rain gauges can still be supplied with a Reed contact, if specifically requested. |
