Weather Stations
Automatic Weather Stations
An Automatic Weather Station, also known as an AWS or weather station, is a system that continuously records weather parameters. The main components of a weather station are the Data Logger and the weather sensors such as rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, ambient air temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation, barometric pressure and more. Additional components include telemetry or remote connection, typically by UHF, VHF, GSM or Next G.
Environdata Weather Stations
Environdata Weather Stations provide consistant, reliable weather monitoring, Weather recording with built in calculations and alarm capabilities, in all weather conditions, day and night, 365 days per year, year in year out. They are suited for remote locations, or connected directly into a control system, and we have systems to suit all applications for all industries.
Environdata, the weather station specialist, can help you find the best solution for your weather monitoring needs. We have specifically developed 3 main ranges of weather stations, weather sensors and weather software all proudly Australian designed, made & owned!

EasiData Mark 4 - Obsolete
Our EasiData Mark 4 is a modular weather station that supports any combination of up to 16 plug-in sensors. Its multiple-memory system ensures efficient use of memory and typically provides daily summaries, hourly and 10 minute data for periods of 1 - 3 months. The EasiData Mark 4 can store up to 216 data types, including real time calculations on sensor inputs. These can include current sensor readings, means, maximums, minimums, true vector wind analysis, evaporation rates, THI, HLI and more. This weather station is extremely flexible and can generate customised calculations, making it ideal for specialised applications. While now obsolete, we continue to service and support the Mk4 weather station.
